Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mexico and LATAM. This is a client-facing, strategic role ideal for a candidate with a strong background in software sales, particularly within banking, fintech, security, or credit-related industries. You will drive business growth, shape our go-to-market strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success. This role offers significant career development opportunities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify customer pain points and articulate compelling value propositions through a consultative sales approach. Develop new business opportunities by penetrating new accounts and expanding market share via outbound prospecting and innovative sales tactics. Nurture and grow existing customer relationships to achieve client business objectives and increase the client’s share of wallet. Define and execute sales and go-to-market strategies tailored to the Mexican market. Address and resolve customer feedback to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and consistently deliver against sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) to support account-specific initiatives and regional marketing campaigns. Requirements Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the software industry, preferably within banking, micro-finance, cybersecurity, credit, or KYC sectors. Strong understanding of industry trends, customer challenges, and requirements; familiarity with credit scoring and decision-making solutions is highly desirable. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance environments in Mexico. Customer-centric, team-oriented, and driven to succeed through collaboration. Self-starter who thrives under pressure with minimal supervision. Quick learner with the ability to rapidly acquire solution-specific knowledge. Fluent English is mandatory. Willingness and ability to travel within Mexico and across LATAM as needed. Why Join Us?
