You will leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills in a client-facing role with significant opportunities for growth and career progression. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities where software or SaaS solutions align with client needs. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their fraud challenges and business objectives. Demonstrate a deep understanding of fraud prevention products and effectively communicate their value propositions through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions. Develop and present customized product demonstrations tailored to address client-specific fraud prevention requirements. Partner with internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions, including creating technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Provide technical guidance and recommendations on integration, implementation, and best practices for deploying fraud prevention solutions. Assist in preparing technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation guides. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in online fraud prevention. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, focusing on risk control or fraud prevention solutions. Strong technical knowledge of fraud prevention methodologies, tools, and best practices. Skilled in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient in creating and delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong client relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client needs into effective technical solutions. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Fluent English is required to apply Willingness and ability to travel within Mexico and across LATAM as needed.
