Onsite position — Monday through Friday schedule What You'll Do: Support & Troubleshooting Deliver world-class hardware and software support to our end users. Account & Access Management Administer Active Directory, ERP accounts, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes. Automation & Innovation Lead initiatives to streamline and automate IT operations. Global Team Collaboration Partner with international IT teams to tackle challenges and deliver solutions. IT Asset Management Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, systems, and software. Customer Satisfaction Provide outstanding service while consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs. ️ What You’ll Bring: ✅ 3 years of experience in a global service desk role or 2 years in Level 2 technical support. ✅ Proficiency with helpdesk ticketing systems, Office 365, and SharePoint. ✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (PowerShell, advanced permissions, networking). ✅ Solid understanding of ITIL practices, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. ✅ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred — excellent verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
