Design and Release Engineer

We are looking for a Trim Engineer. Main Responsibilities: Provide plant support to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Identify and analyze defects (trim covers, foams). Report incidents and drive quick resolution actions. Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain assembly flow. Requirements: Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience. Knowledge of seat components (trim covers, foams). Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Must live in Saltillo or nearby areas Advanced English
