Junior Buyer

Junior Buyer is responsible for managing purchasing processes, negotiations, marketing, and logistics. Planned, organized, and coordinated activities related to procurement, ensuring the acquisition of goods and various items for the company. Contacts and interviews local and international suppliers to negotiate purchase contracts, ensuring efficient supply chains and gaining a competitive advantage in sales. Also responsible for the administration and profitability of assigned merchandise categories. Additionally, plans and implements sales and marketing strategies based on sales performance and market evaluation. Set pricing lists, discount percentages, delivery timelines, and budgets for sales promotion campaigns, as well as sales methods, incentives, and special campaigns. Responsibilities: Manage purchasing processes, negotiations, marketing, and logistics. Administer pricing lines and profit margin ranges. Manage inventory based on production demand. Conduct supplier and merchandiser analysis. Establish assortment standards regarding cost, brands, styles, etc. Maintain an updated supplier catalog. Foster excellent business relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and service. Secure a preferred position with suppliers. Negotiate terms, discounts, benefits, returns, and various conditions with suppliers. Adhere to the negotiation ethics policy. Generate purchase orders and general documentation. What You Need to Join Our Team: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. English advanced. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with management systems. Service-oriented mindset. Excellent negotiation skills. High degree of responsibility. Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Capacity to clearly and concisely specify procedures, analyses, and indicators. Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
