Product Owner

About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team and play a key role in the development of a new SaaS product in the healthcare IT security space! If you are passionate about data science projects , software development , and agile methodologies , and want to work in an environment where your ideas have a real impact, this opportunity is for you. Experience required: 3–4 years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner . 3–4 years in software project roles . 3–5 years of experience working with Data Science engineering teams . Strong understanding of the Data Science project lifecycle . Good knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures . Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Skills and Abilities: Expertise in business analysis , system analysis , process optimization , and requirements gathering. Ability to create clear documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN). Strong attention to detail and logical thinking. Good understanding of UX/UI principles . Experience working with Jira and managing backlogs. Ability to define Acceptance Criteria and work closely with development teams. Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken). Proactive, highly organized, and customer-focused approach. Nice-to-have skills: Experience in the Healthcare domain . Background in technical concepts (object-oriented programming, database principles). Pre-sales experience or workshop facilitation experience. Experience working in large enterprise environments . Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Management team to prioritize and structure the development backlog. Write, refine, and maintain epics, features, and user stories . Define Acceptance Criteria and approve completed stories. Lead Sprint Planning sessions and contribute to Release Planning . Attend and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Work closely with Scrum Masters , Developers , QA teams , and other stakeholders. Continuously analyze business processes and optimize solutions. Act as the voice of the customer and ensure high-value delivery.
