Job Description

Unox Mexico , market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Mexico for the second consecutive year and as Best Workplace™ since 2024, is looking for a On Site & Service Trainer to join the Unox Mexico Service Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services. Main Activities: The professional objective will be to provide an excellent firstlevel service supportto UNOX service network in Monterrey and the north of the country. Create and deliver training courses and mentoring to the entire global network of service partners in Mexico by conducting classroom trainings, seminars and interactive courses and by providing mentoring and training at the installation site of UNOX customers. Audit of the activities and performances of our service partners by conducting visits at the installation sites handled by the service partners. Repair UNOX equipment Install UNOX equipment and train the customers on how to use it Make detailed and complete reports of the problems found in the field Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols Identify the root cause of thefailure of UNOX equipment. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed servicereports Arrange training and development programsbased on the needs of UNOX servicepartners Schedule and provideregular training sessionsand classes for UNOX servicepartners Modify training materialbased on qualitymonitoring trends, additions, updates and changes according to the UNOX service academy team in UNOX HQ. Maintain updated recordsof training Develop and improve the service network in the North of Mexico Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering: electrical/electronic/mechanical English (both verbaland written) (Optional) 3 years of experience in maintaining food equipment and delivering training Good knowledge of SAP (Optional) Good knowledge of Salesforce (Optional) Availability to travel within the north of Mexico Communication skills Excellent listening and questioning skills,combined with the ability to interact confidently with customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy Ability to work well under pressure Organizational skills, time-management skills Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills A strong customer focus Attention to detail Why Unox?
