Position Overview We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&D team and lead the design, analysis, and documentation of advanced mechanical systems. This role focuses on driving innovation from the initial concept phase through production support, ensuring the highest engineering standards and product quality. Responsibilities: Analyze and model mechanical systems using CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks). Develop mechanical designs aligned with engineering standards and applicable regulations. Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and DFMEA studies. Generate technical documentation: drawings, specifications, and validation reports. Support material selection and optimize mechanical designs. Maintain and continuously improve existing mechanical systems. Qualifications: Advanced CAD modeling and mechanical design. Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Stack-up tolerance analysis Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Strong knowledge of engineering standards and quality norms. Development and implementation of DFMEA studies. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Assertive communication. Organization, goal orientation, and effective time management. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design or product engineering. Proficient in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office 365. Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred). Experience with manufacturing processes and product validation is a plus.
