Sr Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will manage critical accounting operations (Record to Report, Procure to Pay) to ensure accurate monthly closes under US GAAP and local standards. You will also play a key role in financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll, and driving process improvements across international operations. We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on accounting professional with strong analytical skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple entities. Post daily financial transactions (payables, receivables, payroll) and maintain reconciliations. Manage payroll execution, reporting to authorities, and related tax payments. Oversee billing, collections, and intercompany transactions. Prepare financial reports and variance analyses to support leadership decision-making. Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, Withholdings). Coordinate with tax consultants for timely and accurate filings. Support external and internal audits for non-US entities. Partner with FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and vendors to streamline Procure to Pay and financial operations. Proactively identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (MBA is a plus). 5 years of accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting, payroll, and tax compliance. Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting standards and fiscal regulations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred). Advanced Excel skills.
