Warehouse Logistics Leader

Summary We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Warehousing and Logistics Leader to drive excellence across our end-to-end logistics operation in Mexico. This role is critical to ensuring product availability, service reliability, and cost-effective execution—safeguarding the cold chain and delivering on our customer promise, every time. You’ll lead warehousing and distribution, own 3PL performance, and work cross-functionally with planning, customer service, finance, and commercial teams to enable growth and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead warehousing and logistics operations and processes for Mexico. Develop and manage processes, projects, tools, and vendors to maximize operational performance. Design, execute, and optimize warehousing and logistics footprint to maximize performance and minimize costs across multiple distribution channels. Proactively manage and optimize the relationship, capabilities, and cost structure of 3PL and other vendor partners. Actively plan and execute footprint and capability expansion projects in collaboration with 3PL partners. Collaborate with Mexico and USA supply chain teams. Own the development, monitoring, and management of warehousing and logistics KPIs.Support the development, monitoring, and management of KPIs across the Demand Planning and Supply Planning functions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to align operational capabilities and performance to the broader country strategy.Collaborate with retail customer warehousing and logistics teams. Requirements 8 years of warehousing and logistics experience, preferably working in the food industry supporting a large number of products in short-shelf-life food categories that are distributed across Mexico’s largest retailers. Experience working with SAP, JDA, EDI, and other ERP systems and tools. Experience working with Mexico retailer data (Walmart, Soriana, HEB, etc.). Experience working with the MS Office suite of tools, especially Excel. High attention to detail. Desire and ability to develop long terms plans, actively manage complex projects, and deliver day-to-day performance. Desire and ability to lead detailed logistics processes, proactively managing relationships with 3PLs and other vendors to ensure best-in-class service levels and execution. Experience with warehouse automation technology, and label automation technology is a plus. Strong experience managing 3PL partners and cold chain logistics. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, structured, and proactive approach to operations. Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders. Fluent in Spanish and English.
