What we're looking for We are looking for a growth-minded Sales Development Representative who will help us scale our US sales and ensure strong customer engagement. Our ideal candidate will take ownership of their pipeline and is excited by the opportunity that ambiguity creates. As a startup, it is imperative that our team be adaptable as we continuously improve our product and processes. Responsibilities You will be working closely with our CEO in building and converting our sales pipeline. Own the sales cycle from lead identification and meeting scheduling to negotiation and deal close Identify new prospects through outbound sales motions including: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings Manage a growing pipeline of opportunities across diverse regions in the US Maintain quality data and dependable forecasts Drill down to understand the customer’s pain points and how we may solve them Establish credibility through a consultative sales method and build relationships across the solar industry Attend conferences and trade shows Qualifications 1.5 years of relevant B2B sales experience Comfortable selling internationally with an interest in understanding a diverse target audience Collaborative spirit both within the sales team and across to our friends in engineering Experience or interest in renewable energy Excellent communication skills, oral and written (English) Experience with CRM (we use Hubspot) and sales analytics Roll up your sleeve-mentality where you contribute where needed Compensation Base salary: MXN $30,000 to MXN $60,000 per month OTE (On-target earnings): Base commissions: MXN $100,000 Commission structure tied to signed client revenue Health benefits 15 vacation days High visibility with leadership real opportunity for growth Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief video note of 1 minute on why they’re excited to careersmoreelastic.com Elastic is an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality,veteran status or disability.
