Business Development Manager – Mexico Market About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in Mexico. If you have a strong sales background in office furniture, interior design, or fit-out, and a passion for growing markets, join us Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and manage market operations across Mexico. Build and maintain partnerships with dealers, strategic partners, designers, architects, contractors, developers, and PMCs. Secure company listings in major projects and oversee vendor registration processes. Understand client needs, recommend tailored office furniture solutions, and deliver winning proposals. Organize marketing events to boost brand visibility in the industry. What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ sales experience in office furniture, interior design, or fit-out in the Mexico market. Strong network among A&D firms, interior consultants, developers, contractors, and PMCs. Proven ability to independently prepare high-quality project proposals. Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
