HR Administrator (POS25131) Polokwane, Limpopo R 16 000 per month We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department.to join our international award-winning team. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar administrative role Tertiary qualification will be an advantage Knowledge of HR functions and best practices Job Duties: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality Recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation Support onboarding and offboarding processes Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and confidentiality Closing Date: 30 May 2025
