Qualification Qualified CA(SA) / CIMA Requirements Recently qualified CA(SA) / CIMA with 2 years post Articles experience preferably within manufacturing industry Familiar with accounting systems such as Sage and Power BI Advanced Excel skills essential Duties Build and manage financial models for strategic decision-making Conduct scenario planning and investment analysis Provide the CEO with actionable insights and reports Ensure payroll processing and statutory compliance Coordinate with line managers and payroll service providers Maintain accurate records for salaries, bonuses, and leave provisions Assist the Financial Manager with monthly board reports, budgets, and forecasts Support group-wide cash flow and working capital analysis Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal stakeholders Assist acquisition companies with the setup or enhancement of financial systems Support finance teams in acquired entities with reporting, processes, and controls Help align acquired businesses to company's financial practices and standards Contribute to finance projects, including automation and digital tools Assist with refining financial controls and enhancing efficiency across the group
