Senior Cost Accountant

Position : Senior Cost Accountant Our position is: BD- Accounting, Finance or any related area. Experience in Cost in Automotive Companies - MUST English Conversational skills- fluent Advanced MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc) Desirable Knowledge ERP – QAD will be a plus finance KPIS Site- Querétaro. Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto, El Marqués Timing availability , resilience, drive, reliable This position will be responsible of : Take charge of cost setup, costing, profit analysis, variance analysis, cost control etc; During cost control, make suggestions on operation and process for product sales, production process, logistic control, capital investment timely; 5 year preferably in Automotive Manufacturing of Finance analysis experience: Cost accounting Cost setup and rolling, costing MEC, analyze cost variance and solve the operation problem; 2. BOM review and cycle time check; 3. Help logistic team to set up inventory management system, track inventory physical cycle counting result; -Cost control 1. Make sure the process of cost collection can fit the operation; 2. Give the suggestion to operation and related department; 3. Participate in deciding product standard cost and make comparison with the actual cost; 4. Manage expenditure according to budget and rolling forecast, both capital and expenses; 5. Chasing Kaizen/PPV/cost down target completion; -Cost Analysis 1. Product analysis: material consumption, PPV, MUV, freight out/in, labor efficiency etc; 2. Monthly financial report, rolling forecast, yearly budget, 5year BP and future footprint and other report requested from HQ; 3. Set up standard cost structure and plan the future plant rate for quotation team; 4. According to the results of cost analysis, provide constructive suggestions for any improvements that could be made to production and sales; 5. Make CAR with financial investment analysis when plant has investment demand;
