Seeking a leader to guide expert teams in customized solution design, project delivery, and eDocument issuance system development, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps. Key Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles in enterprise application design and deployment Experience with secured issuance of electronic documents (e.g., national ID, passports) preferred Expertise in system architecture design and implementation for on-premises and cloud-based solutions Knowledge of Flutter, Java, J2EE, C++, C#, .NET, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL Strong background in cryptography, PKI, and information security Proficiency in leading teams, managing projects, and communicating with senior management Ability to travel internationally as required Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobs@mspstaffing.co.za .
