Candidate Quantity Surveyor

A well-established consulting firm in Polokwane is looking for a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with 3 years of experience in a consulting environment to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. · Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies for various projects. · Assist in contract administration and progress payment valuations. · Work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project teams. · Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Minimum Requirements: · BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying. · 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm. · Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration. · Proficiency in QS software · Excellent numerical and analytical skills. · Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
