Job Description
The position requires a candidate who has a completed BSc or B.Com in Agricultural Economics, Finance or a related field, coupled with 5-10 years experience in agricultural financing, with 2 years in a managerial capacity. KPA's include: Strategic client engagement and business development; Credit application management; team leadership and development; operational excellence and administration and ad hoc and cross-functional contributions. A deep understanding of agricultural financing and credit risk management is essential as well as advanced Excel and SAP skills.
