This role involves servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC and water reticulation systems in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance on air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and water reticulation systems. Conduct inspections, identify risks, and report areas requiring attention. Ensure installations and fault rectifications are completed in line with statutory requirements and service level agreements. Maintain high standards of work quality and complete tasks timeously. Provide consistent feedback to supervisors and clients regarding system functionality and progress on service requests. Minimum Requirements: Matric (Senior Certificate) N3 N6 in Mechanical Engineering Trade-Test in Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience in HVAC maintenance and installation Proven experience with digital control systems Sound knowledge of the OHS Act Valid South African Drivers Licence Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving and planning skills Customer-focused with solid interpersonal communication Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Technically competent with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level) Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and high levels of initiative If youre ready to take the next step in your career and thrive in a team that values technical excellence and accountability, apply now
