Quality Technician

Job Responsibilities: Update the Companys Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements Audit company systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures Monitor the entire production cycle, including conducting time & motion studies, to identify efficiency improvements Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions Review current quality documentation Set and track quality assurance goals Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance, including classification societies Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products Monitors and tests the quality of products using test bed and other testing equipment Job Requirements : A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies In-depth understanding of technical documentation Familiarity with statistical analysis Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Good analytical skills ISO 9001: 2015 qualification/certification ISO 9001:2015 auditing experience and qualification/certification
