Business Systems Analyst IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY Digital transformation is an imperative, immediate business need. This position will support the implementation of system applications. ! Essential Functions And Responsibilities Translates and develops core, prioritized Quality & Operational system business processes into simple, usable, complete (SLC) low-code applications that add value, streamline workflows, improve communication, and reduce waste Supports SLC application development through the creation of overall system requirements/scope of work, ensuring business objectives are understood, planned, and executed Integrates SLC application development with IT, ensuring integration and compliance with the company’s data and security and confidentiality requirements Support the integration and optimization of all merger and acquisition QMS IT applications Support defect fixes within SLC applications focusing on customer satisfaction and timeliness Monitor SLC application use and develop plans to increase user acceptance Leads and manages the training plan, schedule, and execution of applications or solutions built for all Gentherm locations; develops training modules as needed within SLC applications Identifies process deficiencies and gaps, proposing process changes and solutions to close gaps: creative, conceptual thinkers. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Business or Technical degree (e.g. Operations, Engineering, Data Management, Information Technology, etc) 2-3 years Microsoft Power Platform experience Proficient in Microsoft business system applications (e.g., MS Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Vlookup, formulas, etc.) Demonstrated ability to apply critical thought processes to develop, recommend and implement solutions Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong grammar and English skills (verbal, written) Strong attention to detail Exhibits a growth mindset with a can-do attitude Strong willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done: self-directed, self-driven, motivated, has a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure and deadlines Knowledge and sensitivity to global cultural diversity Superior interpersonal and executive communication skills; able to clearly and distinctly articulate actionable items as well as establish a connection with key internal and external business partners Preferred But Not Required Qualifications Automotive experience preferred Operations/Plant Quality experience preferred Create future vs. current state process flows identifying opportunities and actions to improve Demonstrated systems development background with Program/Project management experience preferred Experience with customer management, systems, requirements, and knowledge Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and Continuous Improvement Problem solving knowledge (8D, Kepner Tregoe, Ishikawa, etc.) Competencies Deliver Results Understand the mission and output of your team; set SMART objectives and deliver Drive Change Focus on agility and commitment to continuous improvement; Understand and act on internal and external drivers of change Build Capability Foster a culture of learning and development; Support individual growth through continuous feedback to achieve personal and professional goals Cultivate Innovation Openly embrace, create, implement and support new and innovative ideas, processes and technology that deliver business results PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT All positions in our office require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
