Quality Engineer

Manage & control production quality. Implement and manage process quality in accordance with established objectives. Prevent and solve the abnormal quality situation in the production process, ensure the continuous and efficient production of high quality parts. Analyze the quality issue and use relevant tools to continuously improve production quality and reduce production cost and NOK parts. Responsibilities To intervene in the monitoring of new projects ensuring that the quality requirement demanded by the client in all the product development stages. To ensure the finished product quality according to the client specifications, through the monitoring and control of the different productive process stages. Ensure to operate and maintain the quality system in the responsible project or production line according to the requirements of Keiper Operation System. Solve the quality problems of suppliers and customers, make the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production cost. Responsible for daily management ,guidance, training and evaluation of quality inspector. Responsible for departmental safety work. Organize quality system audits, process audits and non-conforming product reviews, track and supervise the implementation of improvement measures to ensure that the quality of products on site is under control. Establish good communication and collaboration with customers, provide timely and proactive feedback, and continuously improve quality levels to exceed customer expectations. Qualification Education： Bachelor’s degree, majoring in mechanical, industrial & systems. Work experience： ─ Five years or more relevant working experience, familiar with IATF16949 system standard, with certain experience in personnel management Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry like APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CONTROL PLAN, GD&T. Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving. Knowledge： Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
