Application Developer

Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Application Developers to join our growing technology team based in the U.S. with operating offices in Monterey Mexico. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable, secure enterprise applications across financial services platforms. Reporting to the VP of Application Development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and product innovation. You will directly support, multiple lines of business and will be tasked with optimization of new designs, reducing technical debt and accessing data in accordance with generally accepted practices. Preferred Technologies & Tools: Programming Languages & Frameworks: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Front-End Libraries: Angular, React (preferred experience in modern SPAs) Database Technologies: SQL Server, Entity Framework, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS Integration & API Development: RESTful APIs, Web Services, Swagger/OpenAPI Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Logic Apps) DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, YAML, PowerShell Testing: xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, Postman Agile/Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of application development experience in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and secure coding practices. Proven experience with cloud-native or hybrid applications using Microsoft Azure. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration across time zones and teams.
