We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to support and advance our sales operations. This role will be instrumental in managing customer relationships, streamlining internal processes, and driving commercial success across key business functions. Key Responsibilities: Support Account Representatives with pricing activities, purchase orders, and price authorization documentation to ensure audit compliance. Operate daily within three ERP systems— SAP S/4HANA, QAD EE, and AS/400 —managing Scheduling Agreements, Sales Orders, Tooling Orders, and master data. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) effectively, with additional platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, BIC, and customer portals. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Participate in monthly sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions. Serve as a liaison across key departments—Accounts Receivable, Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing—to ensure alignment and execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with plant personnel and customer contacts to validate pricing and order accuracy. Ensure adherence to internal audit policies and procedures related to pricing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 2–4 years of relevant experience in a Sales. Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
