Senior System Application Engineer

At this moment we are seeking: Sr Application System Engineer. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Requirement Collection and Analysis: Collect the business requirements of IT application systems from various departments in the factory, provide requirement analysis, mobilize headquarters resources for requirement implementation, and guide users to use standard IT application system solutions. Bridge between Business and IT: Serve as the interface between the business team and IT, connect with the factory key users and the business planning department of the headquarters, analyze business requirements, convert them into IT technical logic, and at the same time, translate IT technical logic into language understandable by the business. Application System Implementation: Closely cooperate with the factory application team of the IT headquarters and system suppliers, and work with factory key users to ensure the smooth on - site implementation of factory application systems. Daily Maintenance and Problem Escalation: As the application system engineer in the region/plant, conduct daily maintenance and problem escalation of factory - level application systems, such as master data, process node configuration, EDI settings, etc. System Testing and Training: Organize factory users to complete the on - site testing work for the launch of factory application systems, ensure the participation of factory users, and provide regular training. First - Line Support Guidance: Guide and cooperate with Plant IT and IT Technicians in the first - line support work of IT application systems. Customer Audit Support: Cooperate with the business department to complete the content related to IT application systems in customer audits. Emergency Process and Drills: Work with the business department to sort out the emergency processes of factory application systems and cooperate with the factory to complete the emergency drills of application systems. System Anomaly Analysis and Problem Solving: Analyze the causes of system anomalies, connect with relevant teams, and promote the resolution of IT system problems. For IT technical problems, connect with the headquarters IT for back - end processing and resolution. For business problems, report and coordinate with the factory director/regional IT manager. For operation problems, coach users on how to operate. Qualification Requirements: Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or related fields is preferred. Work Experience: Have more than 5 years of work experience or project experience in IT systems related to the manufacturing industry. Be familiar with the technical architecture of ERP, WMS, MES systems and business planning such as engineering process flow. Have experience in launching more than 5 factory application systems (ERP, MES, WMS, EDI, etc.). Understand the enterprise's IT architecture. It is preferred to have experience in communicating with the Chinese IT team and participating in the implementation of IT systems locally by the Chinese IT team.
