Manufacturing Engineer SMT

We are currently looking for an SMT Manufacturing Engineer SMT's manufacturing engineer is responsible for maintaining your production lines efficiently, using lean tools to obtain good results, in charge of carrying out all the documentation required in the process. Activities and Responsibilities: Have experience in implementing SMT lines and starting them up Provide a high-performance environment by promoting the professional development of your team Day by day to root with this point, encouraging our teams to have a better performance for a common good that are the objectives of the company (to be aligned) Have at least 3 years of RECENT experience as a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER IN SMT LINES in the manufacture of electronic boards (PCBA) for automotive. Provide direct support to production lines and SMT lines: - Validation, Implementation of tools, fixtures, equipment, new components. Analysis, implementation and recording of equipment parameters: -Preparation of troubleshooting guides for the teams under the areas to which they are assigned as Engineers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in in Mechatronics / Electromechanics / Electronics 2-3 years of similar experience English 80% ADVANCE Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
