Quality Assurance Manager

In our Industrial Solutions division, we provide innovative products for construction, infrastructure, and various industrial applications. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager for our plant in Monterrey, Mexico , to lead our quality operations and uphold our commitment to product excellence and customer satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality department, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Customer Quality teams. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). Monitor and improve internal processes, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Manage internal and external audits (customer, certification, supplier). Analyze quality data and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality topics and complaints. Lead APQP/PPAP processes for new product launches and changes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure product quality. Develop and mentor a high-performing quality team. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, etc.). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Quality Management role. Strong knowledge of, ISO 9001 , Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and customer-specific requirements. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Fluent in English and Spanish .
