At Güntner, we are looking for : Planning Coordinator - Metal Mechanics Job Objective : Coordinate, review, and ensure the activities of production planners and material planning specialists. Review and provide feedback on engineering changes, as well as assign manufacturing routes and locations for new products. Review and monitor critical capacities in the system, make timely declarations, and issue alerts to correctly assign capacity and ensure on-time delivery. Activities: Maintain planning parameters, calendars, available resources, optimal quantities, required equipment, available time, and effectiveness percentage. Maintain and review production delivery dates, supervise the time allocation of the Industrial Engineering department for proper planning. Coordinate and supervise the workload balancing of work centers considering priorities and material availability. Ensure inventory accuracy. Improve production flow with the exact availability of materials. Define and control capacity expansion needs. Coordinate master planning. Coordinate the master planning of different business units. Requirements: Education: Completed degree in Industrial Engineering Administration, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Administration, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 5 years of experience as a Master Planner or in Planning Coordination. Advanced conversational English is essential. 3 years of experience in personnel management. Knowledge : Supply Chain Inventory Control Planning Lean Manufacturing
