At this moment we are seeking: Welding Process Engineer Position objective: Responsible for formulating the process flow of the product, designing the plant layout, formulating the staffing and working hours quota, and conducting research on working hours; Supervising, training and guiding the process operation of direct workers; Responsible for the design, application and maintenance of equipment/tooling. Main responsibilities: Prepare and regularly review and update process documents including PFMEA, process flow chart, plant layout, work instructions, rework instructions, etc.; Train and guide the process operations of direct workers, point out and correct irregular operations that violate process requirements in time, ensure that the production process is under control; Collect data at the production site every day, analyze the weak links in the production process, and implement continuous improvement to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs; Design or select production equipment, tooling fixtures, workstation appliances, etc., to ensure that new equipment and tooling meet the requirements of safety, ergonomics and quality; Responsible for providing technical requirements for equipment and tooling, and participating in certification of suppliers; responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and technical acceptance. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of potential safety hazards at the production site, and continuously improving the safety operating procedures of each post; Responsible for the initiation of new product projects, including requirements for product manufacturing feasibility, equipment, tooling, tools, and measuring tools; contact the design department to obtain the latest information, and put forward opinions on product design improvements; compile all aspects of the new product launch process Process documents. The ability to work must meet the specific requirements of the customer. Undertake the management responsibility of the company's related Quality system documents and the requirements of the IATF16949 VDA 6.3 and specific customer requirements, ensure the effective operation of the Quality system in Idoc system documents, and continuously improve the relevant procedures and applications within the department.
