Desired Competencies : Technical: Should have intermediate knowledge/Exp in AWS services like ETL with glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR, pyspark , step functions and Dynamo DB. Expertise in Python, Good knowledge in SQL, Versioning tool GitHub, CI/CD Tektone. Good knowledge of Data modeling concepts. Good Communication in English both written and spoken. Experience in Leading a team for a min of 2-3 years. Non-Technical: Strong communication skills and team management skills working with users across globe on Information Security best practices for privileged management Good to have : AWS certifications Experience in Python. Expertise in Shell, PowerShell, Bash Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools including, BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible Responsibility: Responsible to lead a team of at least 5 members. Responsible to guide team for best design solution of a requirement. Day to day tracking status and ensure on time quality delivery without any escalation. Suggest process improvement wherever required. Need to work closely with client to gather new requirement. Need to work in an agile team.
