Financial Director

The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organisation by effectively managing the delivery portfolio. They will act as a day-to-day decision support point of contact for senior business finance stakeholders, supporting them to deliver financial insight. Responsibilities Manage portfolio of work & resources Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting, quarterly business reviews and reporting outcomes for FP&A portfolio Liaise with Finance business partners to discuss financial performance and lead complex financial analysis to support decision making Build strong working relationships with Finance business partners and collaborate to deliver high quality, relevant insight Work with Finance process owners to implement improvements in processes, systems and procedures Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing team and facilitate career progression / talent rotation Qualifications 10 years' of experience in a global finance function Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of management accounts delivery including IFRS
