Is looking for a Channel Order Management & Sales Support Specialist Main Tasks Use SFDC and CPQ support Sales with Quoting, Purchase Order review Use various ERPs to enter sales orders, send invoices, transact credit & rebills Use various software licensing tools to create and manage software licenses Help management to maintain the governance of the channel program Able to follow rules and to push back to help enforce & maintain structure within the channel program Drive advocacy of the program – promoting the Channel program through other Manage POs and Invoicing on Customer Portals Support Customer onboarding Support Sales with forecasting by updating Opportunity records in SFDC Communicate delivery dates to customers by communicating with the factory on a regular basis. Address and document customer requests and issues, ensuring prompt response and resolution from the field and various departments Engage in follow up activities such as thank you letters, calls, and technical support issues. Participate in the development of tools and documentation to increase the efficiency of the sales process. Provides input, documentation & feedback to Commercial Operations Manager & Sales Engineers as required. Qualifications / Experience Must be proficient in English; ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Sales support role. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SFDC, CPQ experience preferred. LX, Navision, Business Central and Intacct ERP experience preferred. Ability to establish excellent working relationships with outside sales engineers, customers, management, and various internal departments. Demonstrated efficiency to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Some travel to the US and Canada may be required (10%) What we offer Food coupons Vacations Bonus. 100% of base salary of earned vacation days.
