Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations. Manages technical, nontechnical and financial aspects of the project. Assembles project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project, including active management of Risks & Issues. Manages communications and change management strategies for relevant stakeholders for each project at a team, Division, and Executive Levels. Provides logistical project support, risk management, and progress reporting LEAD: Recognized subject matter expert in sub-function typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Capable of producing project metrics based on BAC, EAC, BTC, ETC, and Actuals, Burndown, and Financials. Strong at Project planning Methodology (SDLC & Agile) and tools (MS Project, Planview) Able to summarize complex problems / RCA into executive terms.
