Senior Network Engineer

Role: Network Engineer Location: Onsite – San Luis Key Skills: LAN, WLAN, WAN Fulltime Permanent with HCLTech What you will do: Serves as a technical project lead responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of complex infrastructure projects across the BMW Group's Americas region. Gathers business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives in an international environment. Provides expert-level support for the region's network and telecommunication infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective services. Plans and implements LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure across the Americas region, providing advanced technical support Leads the execution of small to medium-sized infrastructure projects, overseeing deliverables, milestones, and status reporting to stakeholders Acts as the project manager for complex network and telecommunication infrastructure deployments, delivering projects on time and within budget Skills Requirement: 3 years managing IT infrastructure projects in a corporate environment 5 years of professional experience in network/telecommunications engineering and administration 2 years of supervisory experience in project management and infrastructure implementation Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) required Expert-level knowledge of advanced network and telecommunication systems (e.g., Ethernet, Frame Relay, routing/switching, VLANs, fiber optics, VoIP, video) Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Project Ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously We offer: Direct Hiring, 100% payroll schema Benefits above law (Major and minor medical insurance, saving fund, grocery coupons, 12 days vacations) Convenient office locations Great work environment Flexible dress code Multicultural environment Share your CV in English.
