The Tableau developer candidate must have: • You have solid experience using Tableau to develop insightful dashboards and automated reports. • You are adept at drawing insights from data and communicating them to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally. • You are comfortable constructing SQL queries for ad-hoc analysis and to use with Tableau. • You are excited by the idea of working with various types of business teams across multiple industries, translating their business questions into actionable insights. • Technical Requirements: o 5 years of experience in data visualization with a focus on Tableau development. o Tableau Desktop/Server knowledge for BI Developer point of view o Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse o Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization best practices o Ability to build and maintain connections to Snowflake DB and other data sources o Ability to work with large datasets and manipulate data to meet business needs o Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders o Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams o Ability to collaborate with other members of the analytics team to ensure that our data is accurate, timely, and accessible to stakeholders. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. o Experience working in various ETL tools and preferably in Tableau Prep and Dataiku DSS" We offer: Direct and indefinite hiring, 100% payroll schema, all law benefits Benefits above law (Major and minor medical insurance, Life Insurance, saving funds, grocery coupons, 30 days christmas bonus, 12 days vacations, dental and optical plan)
