Project Manager

Job Description About you You are someone who wants to influence your own development. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field. Experience of 3 to 5 years as a project manager Advanced knowledge in the use of project management software to manage projects, e.g. Jira and Confluence knowledge about project management methodologies (scrum, agile methodologies, waterfall kanban, lean). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English B2, as you will be working directly with US clients. Desirable experience in government projects. Previous experience on the aviation industry is a plus. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Managing the production of the required deliverables. Planning and monitoring the project. Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures. Preparing and maintaining the project, stage, and exception plans as required. Managing project risks including the development of contingency plans. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary. Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed. Preparing any follow-on action recommendations. Knowledge, understanding, and implementation of scrum methodology. Deep understanding of the contract and its execution. Monitoring and supervising budget execution. Qualifications Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
