Information Technology Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide IT support to our customers . If you have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Provide first-level technical support for customer hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications . Offer customer support and guidance on IT best practices. Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
