We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Lazaro Cardenas, Michoacan and support our ongoing efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing workforce. Main Areas of Responsibility: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and extending offers. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with team objectives. Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify high-quality candidates. Build a strong network of potential candidates for current and future openings. Employer Branding: Represent ArcelorMittal Mexico as an employer of choice by ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting our corporate culture and values. Recruitment Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors. Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Proactivity & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
