Project Manager Coordinator

Project Manager Coordinator – T-Systems Mexico Location: Puebla Mexico, On-Site At T-Systems Mexico, part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, we deliver cutting-edge IT solutions that drive transformation and innovation for leading organizations. We are looking for a Project Manager Coordinator to join our T-Systems Digitalization Unit in Puebla. This position plays a key role in leading and coordinating internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. What you will do: Define project objectives, build detailed plans, allocate resources, and lead execution Coordinate and supervise a team of Project Managers and Leaders Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standard Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across the business Foster a culture of continuous improvement through project evaluation and feedback What we’re looking for: 5 years of experience in IT project management Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and successful project delivery Strong knowledge of PMP and Agile SCRUM methodologies Understanding of OKRs, ITIL processes, and financial management Technical background in infrastructure, application support, or workplace services Proficient in English Solid communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Preferred education and certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master) certifications highly desirable Reports to: Head of T-Systems Digitalización Unit Mexico Team scope: 1 direct report and multiple Project Managers or Leaders If you’re passionate about leading projects that drive real impact, enjoy working with dynamic teams, and want to grow within a global company—we’d love to connect with you.
