Business Intelligence Developer

Description This position is focused on the design, development and implementation of ad hoc Dashboard reports; this position interacts directly with sponsors and stakeholders and participates in variety of Business Intelligence projects. Key Responsibilities Design, development and implementation of dimensional models for efficient data modeling. Design, development and implementation of ad hoc Dashboard reports through visualization tools. Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to attend requests of ad hoc Dashboards and reports. Participate on data governance initiatives. Relate with internal and external clients to show updates and shareables related to developed Dashboards and reports. Document all Dashboards developments. General Knowledge/Competencies Strong communication & presentation skills: negotiation, decision-making and problem solving at different levels. Advanced English required. Advanced Data modeling techniques (dimensional, entity, etc). Advanced Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or similar. Experience 2 years of experience in Power BI dashboards design, development and implementation. 2 years of experience working with complex SQL queries. Experience in data modelling: Relational, dimensional, etc. Experience using storytelling techniques to simplify complex ideas and deliver compelling insights to stakeholders.
