We are looking for an observability Engineer to join our team, you will be the first line of defense, your job is to ensure any alert or affected applications are reviewed immediately and we orchestrate the right support teams ensuring seamless operations. Location: Bosque de las Lomas, Miguel Hidalgo, 11700 Ciudad de México, CDMX Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent. 1 years of experience with monitoring and observability tools, particularly AppDynamics, SevOne, Thousand Eyes, Grafana. Good to have Knowledge on Log analysis tools like ELK / Splunk . Good understanding of cloud monitoring tools on Azure. Working knowledge of infrastructure components. (E.g. routers, load balancers, cloud products, container systems, compute, storage and network). Strong analytical skill, creative and thinking out of the box in problem solving.
