SALESFORCE DEVELOPER

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of technical leadership, innovation, and a passion for using Salesforce to streamline processes, support business decisions, and drive productivity. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of Salesforce, from data migrations and system integrations to custom code development. Responsibilities Own all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code. Develop and support customized and standard Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and drive key business decisions. Provide technical leadership, setting best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing. Seek innovative ways to leverage Salesforce to enhance processes and productivity, offering recommendations to support rapid scaling. Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process for the development lifecycle. Skills 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, specializing in customization, development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce CRM applications. Certified Salesforce.com Developer is preferred. Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex classes, triggers, Queueable Apex, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components. Experience with Salesforce data tools and an in-depth understanding of relational databases. Demonstrated success with multiple Salesforce integration projects, including real-time, batch, sync/async integrations. Proficiency with data loaders, web services, middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies. Strong skills in business analysis, functional requirements gathering, and solution deployment. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
