Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Technology Officer to lead the organization through a digital transformation. This role will implement smart, secure technology solutions that reduce documentation and administrative work, while enhancing security and usability across the agency. The position is flexible and may be structured as full-time, part-time, or contract , with potential for a long-term leadership role based on performance and fit. Key Responsibilities: Technology Leadership & Strategy Identify, recommend, and implement a new case management software system aligned with social services and government contract needs. Lead the company-wide transition from Microsoft to Google Workspace , ensuring a smooth, secure, and well-supported migration. Build and manage dashboards, automations, and workflow tools using Monday.com , including full build-out and staff onboarding. Cybersecurity & Compliance Develop and enforce internet security protocols across all devices and platforms. Ensure all systems meet or exceed compliance standards for HIPAA, FERPA, DCS, and AHCCCS. Establish user-friendly policies for data protection, device management, and remote work security. AI & Workflow Automation Identify and deploy AI-powered tools to assist with documentation, note-taking, scheduling, and client communications. Reduce administrative friction through smart integrations and intuitive interfaces that empower frontline staff. Cross-Agency Integration Coordinate systems across RY Services and its subsidiary organizations , ensuring consistency and scalability. Collaborate with leadership, compliance, operations, and program teams to align tech solutions with agency priorities. Training & Support Provide training resources and hands-on guidance to ensure high adoption rates of new tools and systems. Serve as the go-to leader for tech-related questions, challenges, and opportunities across the agency. Qualifications: Required: 5 years of experience implementing technology solutions, ideally in social services, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors. Proven experience with Monday.com build-outs and workflow management. Expertise in cybersecurity practices , data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Experience leading Google Workspace to Microsoft migrations. Strong project management and communication skills. Preferred: Familiarity with social services or behavioral health case management systems (e.g., Caseflow, Apricot). Hands-on experience with AI tools for workflow optimization and documentation support. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
