Kronos UKG Support L2 and L3

Responsibilities: • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for Kronos UKG, including Workforce Central (WFC) and/or Workforce Dimensions (WFD). • Diagnose and resolve complex system-related issues, integrations, configurations, and performance challenges. • Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within established SLAs. • Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and end-users to implement improvements and solutions. • Analyze and troubleshoot data, interfaces, and advanced system configurations. • Support system updates, patches, and configuration changes in Kronos UKG. • Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures. • Train key users and internal teams on best practices and system usage. Skillset: • Proven experience in L2/L3 support for Kronos UKG (Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions). • Strong knowledge of Kronos UKG system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Experience with Kronos integrations with other systems (ERP, payroll, HCM). • Proficiency in SQL for queries and database troubleshooting. • Familiarity with ticket management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.). • Ability to analyze logs and diagnose advanced technical issues. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Advanced English (written and spoken).
