Experience in SDN – Software Defined Networks (network virtualization), specifically in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) network segmentation. General experience in networking: Routing, Switching, Security(firewalls). Experience in Network Security General knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (such as PMI, Scrum, and ITIL): To lead/control implementations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Experience using ITSM tools (preferably Jira or ServiceNow). Good communication skills. Nice to have: General knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. Basic understanding of virtual machines (VMware). Certifications in Cisco, CCIE, PMI, Scrum, ITIL, Responsibilities Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that support business operations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to IT infrastructure management. Act as a technical advisor for infrastructure-related projects. Provide support for infrastructure-related issues or outages. Manage relationships with vendors and IT service providers. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
