ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Triage Web application tickets and resolve them as per SLA Analyze issues and provide workaround to business on resolution. Team player and effective communicator with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Respond to and resolve day to day issues reported by users using ITIL practices. Escalate complex issues to appropriate team and level, serve as communication point for involved resources. Perform day-to-day system maintenance tasks. Follow best coding practices. Provide risk assessment and impacts update while resolving tickets. Work on analysis and development when required. SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: On call rotations is a must, working in shifts (night shifts not involved) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Security). 2 or more years of IT Applications Development experience: React, C#, ASP.NET, EF, MVC, T-SQL, X-Unit, React, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, REST API, Microservices, Docker, jQuery, Ajax, and JSON, XML, full-stack development practices. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication, interpersonal, and team-work skills. Knowledge of cloud platforms. Experience with software development methodology and release processes.
