Cloud Operations Lead

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). Strong understanding of IT service delivery standards, with a focus on enhancing the end-user experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. 5 years of experience in IT operations team Experience in Amazon AWS Cloud Administration which includes services like: EKS, EC2, S3, EBS, VPC, ELB, AMI, SNS, RDS, IAM, Route 53, Auto scaling, lambda, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Cloud Formation, Security Groups. Experience leveraging Infrastructure as code to deploy solutions (Cloud Formation, Terraform, GitHub, etc). Programming experience on Python is must & work experience on PyKX is desirable. Experience working in Agile and Scrum environment Experience in developing software with KDB desirable Experience on Kubernetes (EKS), ECS and Docker containers Experience with container-based deployments using Docker, working with Docker images, Docker Hub and Kubernetes. Automation of infrastructure as code using git, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform AWS certification (AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred
