JR Application Support Engineer Informatica Cloud

Infosys is seeking a JR Application Support Engineer Java/Informatica/Kafka At least 3 years of experience: Java or Python. Object oriented or functional analysis and design skills. Data structure, algorithms and designing for performance. Job scheduling, error handling, and performance tuning in Informatic Cloud. Familiarity with SQL, databases and cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud storage) API integrations and REST/SOAP based troubleshooting in Informatica cloud. Experience with log analysis and debugging Informatica job errors. Linux environments. Nice to have or to learn them with us: DevOps processes, CI/CD for Informatica Cloud, or scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation. ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Kafka and Zookeeper. Experience building scalable and distributed micro-services. Experience working with relational and no-SQL database systems. Primary Responsibilities: Identify, troubleshoot and monitor scheduled Informatica Cloud jobs Analyze job run times and identify opportunities for performance tuning. Assist in data flow optimization Monitor cloud resource utilization (CPU, memory, storage) to prevent performance degradation. Design, implement and test distributed systems for business workflow of CRM.
