We are looking for: Logistics Sr. Manager (Mexico) Responsible for defining and executing the company’s logistics, warehousing, and foreign trade strategy; overseeing and managing all transportation, warehousing, foreign trade, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the transportation industry. Responsibilities: Lead and develop the corporate logistics teams in Mexico (Freight, Foreign Trade, Warehousing). Plan, implement, and control product transportation processes, ensuring supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and execute logistics and transportation strategies aligned with company objectives. Optimize distribution processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Conduct analysis to optimize the company’s logistics environment and footprint with the goal of reducing logistics expenses. Manage the logistics department budget and ensure efficient use of resources. Ensure compliance with local and international logistics laws and regulations. Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, or Logistics. At least 10 years of experience in logistics processes such as freight, warehousing, distribution, and/or foreign trade. Managerial leadership roles and overseeing large teams is a must. Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience in logistics optimization and footprint processes is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced English is required.
