Project Manager (M&A) Seasoned M&A Project Manager with a minimum of 5-years of direct, hands-on experience managing mergers, acquisitions, realignments, and/or divestitures –(able to work US hours). JD 30-60-90-120 days Planning for M&A - Infra and Apps Merger & Acquisition Framework based on experience Detailed Project Plan on Integrating Infra and Apps for Merger & Acquisition Tracking, Governance , Reporting, Communication - Merger & Acquisition Stakeholders Management - Merger & Acquisition During Integration conference call capturing and updating stakeholders Sound in handling Story dashboards Excellent English communication skills (Speak and Write) Able to independently drive steering committee meeting Below are the additional details. Manage up to four $2 - $5M projects simultaneously Responsible for managing all aspects of the project including: Internal Labor External Labor SOW-Based Professional Services Travel Coordination Hardware/Networking Purchases and Coordination of Efforts: Building: Cabling; Network Equipment; File Server; Warehouse Rack Labels (3 Party; Phone/Paging; Security System (Cameras/ Badging-entry); Timeclocks; AV (Meeting Suite Polycom, Digital signage) Office: HR Kiosks; Laptops – TMs with air cards and associate laptops; Desk equipment Installation; WFH/Blended associates - monitors, docks, accessories Operations: Tablets warehouse operations – (supervisors, fleet, facilities); Forklift computer; Scan guns (receiver); SAE equipment (selectors); POD (drivers); On Board computers (drivers); Coretex Telematics; Printers - (product labels, Invoices, Warehouse labels, Drivers-mobile printers); Labor standards; Lytx Drive Cam Responsible for detailed financial governance of the projects including: Gathering quotes for all work, creating purchase orders, and submitting payments Securing funding through designated process Ongoing actuals review and monthly forecasting efforts in designated financial management tool We offer a competitive package that includes Life insurance Major Medical Expenses Insurance Minor Medical Expense Insurance Savings Fund 13% (up to MXN $4,293 monthly) Food vouchers 10% (up to MXN $4,400 monthly) 30 days as Christmas Bonus 12 days of vacation in the first year, increasing 2 days as dictated by law.
